Each concept must have a personal Civics definition and a picture that fits with the concept.
Find a sentence/phrase to support the idea of the Principles of the US Constitution in the following Federalist Papers: Federalism - 45; Separation of Powers - 51; Popular Sovereignty - 58; & Limited Government - 26.
